Regenersis PLC (RGS.L) announced the completion of the acquisition of Total Repair Solutions Limited and the placing by KBC Peel Hunt of 8.35 million new Ordinary Shares, as announced by the Company on 5 August 2009.
The completion follows the admission to trading on AIM of 16.48 million Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m on September 1. These Ordinary Shares rank pari-passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares.
