Health Care REIT Inc. (HCN) announced updated financial guidance for fiscal 2009 as a result of its recent common stock public offering. The company now expects to report fiscal 2009 net income available to common stockholders in a range of $1.75-$1.82 per share, normalized funds from operations in a range of $3.07-$3.14 per share and normalized funds available for distribution in a range of $2.91-$2.98 per share. The company earlier expected fiscal 2009 net income available to stockholders to be in the range of $1.81-$1.88 per share, normalized funds from operations in a range of $3.11-$3.18 per share, and normalized funds available for distribution in a range of $2.95-$3.02 per share.
