Agria Corp. (GRO) announced the appointment of Xie Tao as the Chief Executive Officer, effective September 14. The company also annnounced the appointment of Christopher Boddington as the Chief Financial Officer, effective September 14.
The company noted that Alan Lai will retire as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 14. Alan Lai will remain in the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Raymond Lo will retire as acting Chief Financial Officer, effective September 14. Raymond Lo will be a member of the advisory panel of the company.
