Wednesday, Optos Plc (OPTS.L) announced the appointment of Christine Soden as interim chief financial officer, or CFO, effective September 22, 2009.
Christine joins Optos from BTG Plc. He was appointed as CFO of BTG in 2005 and contributed significantly to the company's strategic, financial and operational development. Following the acquisition of Protherics Plc in December 2005, Christine became chief operating officer of BTG and helped integrate the two businesses.
