Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (DLR), Tuesday said it has acquired 444 Toyama Drive, an operating datacenter located in Sunnyvale, California and also ownership interest in 1525 Comstock Street located in Santa Clara, California from its joint venture partner.
The company also said it expects the blended cash cap rate on these acquisitions to be consistent with its 2009 guidance, as updated on its last earnings call.
