Wednesday, Lumetra said that it has completed the sale of its IntegriGuard subsidiary to HMS Holdings Corp. (HMSY), a publicly traded company.
Lumetra's chief executive officer Linda Sawyer said, "The sale of IntegriGuard is a significant milestone in the implementation of our strategic plan and allows Lumetra to focus on our core business and clients, driving the advancement of healthcare through evidence-based solutions and technology."
