CLARCOR Inc. (CLC) said Thursday that its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.09 per share to $0.0975 per share. The dividend is payable on October 23 to shareholders of record on October 9. The increase raises the annual rate from $0.36 per share to $0.39 per share, an 8.3% increase.
