Sykes Enterprises Inc. (SYKE) announced Tuesday morning that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ICT Group Inc. (ICTG) for $15.38 per share, approximately $263 million.
Shares of Sykes Enterprises have been rising since the open Wednesday and is now up 1.04 at $23.75. The stock has climbed to its second consecutive new high for the year.
