Cerner Corp. (CERN) climbed for the bulk of Wednesday morning. Shares advanced further in the final hour of the afternoon and closed higher by $2.74 at $78.07.
Cerner Corp. rose above a 2 1/2 week trading range Wednesday and set a new high for the year.
