Partner Communications Company Ltd. (PTNR) announced that Standard & Poor's Maalot affirmed Partner's 'ilAA-' bond rating with stable outlook. At the same time, the rating was removed from CreditWatch with negative implications where it was placed on September 17, 2009.
In its report, S&P Maalot stated that: " We believe that Partner should be able to sustain a materially more leveraged capital structure whilst at the same time maintain a financial risk profile appropriate for the current rating."
