Credit Suisse upgraded its rating on shares of Lam Research Corp. (LRCX) Friday morning from an "Underperform" to a "Neutral."
Lam Research Corp. gapped up at the open Friday and has continued to climb in early trade. Shares are now up 1.19 at $35.80. The stock has risen above a one-month range and has set a 13-month high.
