Stanley, Inc. (SXE), an IT services and solutions provider to federal agencies, Tuesday said it received two contracts from intelligence agencies with a combined value of $38 million, upon exercising all options.
As per the terms of the contract, Stanley will provide systems engineering, cyber-security and network engineering support services to the intelligence agencies. The scope of the contract includes a five-year fixed-price contract and a 10-year time-and-materials contract.
Earlier this month, Stanley was awarded a five-year, firm-fixed-price contract valued at $30 million, with exercise of options, by the U.S. Army to provide support services to the U.S. Army Central Command or USARCENT in theater.
In October, the company also received a five-year, single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a $64 million ceiling by the U.S. Army to support the Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center in the development of Advanced-Capability Insensitive Munition Warheads.
Clients of Stanley include agencies of the Department of Defense, State, Homeland Security, Transportation, Treasury, NASA, justice and the Health and Human Services. Approximately 72% of the company's revenue in fiscal 2009 was derived from the Department of Defense.
SXE is currently trading at $26.28,k down $0.47 or 1.76%, on the NYSE.
