Ocean Power Technologies (OPTT) gapped up slightly Tuesday, but has since moved in a narrow trading range. Shares have risen higher in the last 15 minutes on increased volume and are now up 0.94 at $6.26.
Ocean Power Technologies has broken out to nearly a 4-month high and has re-crossed its 200-day moving average.
