Shares of Crown Castle International (CCI) rose sharply until around mid-morning Thursday. The stock was range-bound for the remainder of the day and closed higher by $1.90 at $34.40 on the highest volume in 4 1/2 months.
Crown Castle International broke out of a 3-week trading range Thursday and set a new high for the year.
