Crown Castle International Corp. (CCI) announced that it has planned to commence public offering of $500 million of senior notes.
Crown Castle expects to use offering net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment or repurchase of certain outstanding indebtedness of its subsidiaries.
