PlainsCapital Corp. (PCB) said it expects its initial public offering of 15 million shares to be priced at $14 to $16 per share. The company intends to use the offering proceeds to repay the funds it received from the U.S. Treasury.
The company said that its shares have been authorized for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "PCB."
