Thursday, W. R. Grace & Co. (GRA) said its third-quarter net income attributable to W. R. Grace & Co. shareholders rose to $44.4 million or $0.61 per share from $28.3 million or $0.39 per share in the prior year period.
Net sales for the quarter declined to $753.6 million from $889.4 million in the comparable period.
