Compuware Corp. (CPWR) reported net income for the second quarter of $28.0 million or $0.12 per share, compared to $21.6 million or $0.08 per share in the year-ago quarter.
Revenues for the quarter decreased to $217.9 million from $269.8 million in the prior-year quarter.
