Prosperity Bancshares Inc. (PRSP) announced an increase of their regular cash dividend to $0.62 per share per year. The fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.155, an increase of 12.7%, is payable on January 4, 2010 to all shareholders of record as of December 18, 2009.
