Wednesday, Vonage Holdings Corp. (VG) reported a third-quarter net loss of $54.6 million or $0.33 per share, compared to a loss of $7.8 million or $0.05 per share in the same quarter last year.
Excluding adjustments, net income for the quarter was $4.6 million or $0.03 per share, compared to a loss of $7.8 million or $0.05 per share in the prior year quarter.
Revenue for the quarter was $221.5 million, down from $225.8 million in the comparable quarter last year.
