Genpact Ltd. (G) reported net income attributable to Genpact common shareholders of $33.1 million or $0.15 per share for the third quarter, compared to $33.6 million or $0.15 per share in the third quarter of 2008.
Adjusted income from operations increased 8.8% to $53.8 million, compared to $49.5 million in the previous year quarter.
Adjusted earnings attributable to Genpact Limited common shareholders were $0.19 per share, down from $0.21 per share in the third quarter of 2008.
Revenues for the third quarter were $284.4 million, up 5.0% from $270.8 million in the prior year quarter.
For fiscal 2009, the company still expects revenue growth in the range of 6% to 9% over last year.
