PolyOne Corp. (POL) said it appointed Joseph Kelley as vice president of planning and investor relations and Vincent Shemo as vice president and controller. Prior to joining PolyOne, Kelley most recently served as the director of acquisitions and investor relations at Lincoln Electric. Previously, Kelley was European finance director for Lincoln Electric and lived in Barcelona, Spain for four years.
Shemo joined PolyOne in September, 2008 and most recently served as director of corporate finance.
