Baxter International Inc. (BAX) announced that its board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per Baxter common share. This represents an increase of about 12% over the previous quarterly rate of $0.26 per share. The dividend is payable on January 5, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 10, 2009.
