Tuesday, Crédit Agricole S.A. (ACA) announced the resignation of Georges Pauget as chief executive officer, effective March 1, 2010.
The Chairman, René Carron, proposed that the Board appoint Jean- Paul Chifflet, currently Secretary General of the Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole and also Chairman of Crédit Agricole Centre-Est regional bank, as his successor.
