CAE Inc. (CAE, CAE.TO) announced that its second-quarter net earnings were C$39.1 million or C$0.15 per share, compared to C$49.0 million or C$0.19 per share in the second quarter of last year. Excluding a restructuring charge of C$1.1 million recorded during the quarter, net earnings were C$39.9 million or C$0.16 per share. Consolidated revenue for the quarter was C$364.5 million, down from C$406.7 million last year.
