James River Coal (JRCC) announced after the close Wednesday that it intends to offer $125 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2015. The stock is now trading lower by 1.17 on 64K shares.
James River Coal gapped up and climbed early Wednesday, but declined in the second half of the morning. Shares finished up by 0.24 at $21.92.
