Conrad Industries Inc. (CNRD.PK) reported net income the third quarter of $2.8 million or $0.43 per share, compared to $4.5 million or $0.64 per share in the year-ago quarter.
The company had net income of $10.1 million or $1.56 per share for the nine months ended September 30, 2009 compared to net income of $15.9 million or $2.22 per share for the nine months ended September 30, 2008.
