The Allied Defense Group, Inc. (ADG) posted third-quarter net loss of $3.3 million or $0.40 per share, narrower than $6.2 million or $0.77 per share in the same quarter last year.
Net loss from continuing operations was $3.2 million or $0.39 per share for the quarter, compared to $3.3 million or $0.41 per share in the year-ago period.
Revenue for the quarter declined to $36.2 million from $49.2 million in the prior year period.
