G4S Plc (GFS.L) announced the signing of a sale and purchase agreement to acquire Adesta LLC and Adesta LP, from McCarthy Group, Inc and a group of senior management employees for a total cash consideration of $66 million on an enterprise value basis.
Adesta is US-based and provides systems integration and project management services for integrated security systems and communication systems.
