Skyepharma Plc (SKP.L) said its Chairman, Jeremy Scudamore, has informed the board that he plans to step down from the board at the end of 2009 for health reasons. Meanwhile, Frank Condella, non-executive director and former chief executive of SkyePharma, agreed to take over as non-executive chairman, effective from 1 January 2010.
