Gushan Environmental Energy Limited (GU) announced that its shareholders approved all of the resolutions proposed in the Annual General Meeting notice, including the adoption of the 2008 annual report, including the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008, and re-elections of directors Deyu Chen and Denny Lee. The total number of members of the board of directors remains five. KPMG was reappointed as the Independent Auditor for the fiscal year 2009.
