Molex Inc. (MOLX, MOLXA) announced that it has completed the acquisition of China-based Zhenjiang Tean Telecom & Appliance Co. Ltd. Tean Telecom & Appliance Co. Ltd. will operate as a subsidiary of Molex Incorporated and will be part of the company's Global Integrated Products Division.
The company said it is a strategic acquisition that will help Molex boost its share of the global market for RF and microwave interconnection systems.
