Standard & Poor's, a subsidiary of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. (MHP), said Wednesday City Holding Co. (CHCO) will replace Tween Brands Inc. (TWB) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on a date to be announced.
S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Dress Barn Inc. (DBRN) is acquiring Tween Brands in a deal expected to be completed soon.
