RM Plc (RM.L) announced the appointment of Iain McIntosh as Chief Financial Officer, in succession to Mike Greig who will retire and leave the Group's Board on 31 March 2010.
Iain will join RM on 30 November 2009. He will take over as Chief Financial Officer and be appointed to the Board on 1 April 2010, which will allow an orderly handover period.
