MICROS Systems Inc. (MCRS) announced that Gary Kaufman will be retiring on March 31, 2010, as Chief Financial Officer. The company also stated that Cynthia Russo, Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, will succeed Kaufman as Chief Financial Officer.
