Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MIPI) announced that the Board of Directors decided to reduce its size from 11 to nine members.
Also director Anthony F. Martin announced resignation from all positions, effective December 31. Besides Harry Stylli announced his decision not to stand for re-election at the forthcoming annual meeting of shareholders in May 2010 and to resign as director and member of all Board Committees he currently serves.
