Abbott Laboratories (ABT) traded to the upside until around mid-morning Tuesday and took out the highs of the session in the early portion of the afternoon. Shares finished higher by $1.11 at $54.24.
Abbott Laboratories rose past the upper end of a 2-week range Tuesday and set a new high for the year.
