Cenveo Inc., in a filing with the regulatory on Friday, disclosed the appointment of Mark Hiltwein as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, a position he previously held.
Hiltwein, who has been with Cenveo since 2007, most recently held the role of company's President of Field Sales and Manufacturing.
The company also appointment of Chief Financial Officer Kenneth Viret to Senior Vice President. From November 2005 through June 2009, Viret was Cenveo's Senior Vice President and Controller.
