In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Jones Apparel Group, Inc. (JNY) disclosed that, on December 8, 2009, it entered into an amendment of employment agreement with its Chief Financial Officer John McClain, to extend the term of the agreement until June 30, 2013.
Jones Apparel specified that, all other terms of McClain's employment agreement remain unchanged, except for the term extension.
