NCI Building Systems Inc. (NCS) reported financial results for the fourth quarter, posting a net loss applicable to common shares of $115.3 million or $3.59 per share, compared to a profit of $24.6 million or $1.26 per share in last year quarter. Excluding certain charges, net income applicable to common shares would have been $0.33 million or $0.04 per share.
Sales for the period were $244.4 million, down 52% from $508.9 million in last year's fourth quarter.
