Elbit Systems Ltd. (ESLT) said Wednesday that it has been informed that a claim in the amount of about $10 million was filed in the District Court - Central District by Pinpoint Advance Corp. against two of its Israeli subsidiaries - Elbit Systems Holdings (1997) Ltd. and Kinetics Ltd. as well as against Ya'akov Gadot, an officer of Elbit Systems Ltd.
Elbit Systems believes that there is no merit to the allegations made in the claim and will respond accordingly in court.
