NII Holdings Inc. (NIHD) announced the pricing of the offering, through its subsidiary NII Capital Corp., of $500 million principal amount of 8.875% Senior Notes due 2019. The issue price is 99.187% of the principal amount of the notes.
The sale of the notes is expected to close on or about December 15.
