Flextronics Intl. Ltd. (FLEX) announced that it has completed the acquisition of SloMedical S.R.O. SloMedical is an European manufacturer of disposable medical devices.
"The SloMedical acquisition expands our service offering for disposables device manufacturing, specifically in Eastern Europe", said Dan Croteau, president, Flextronics Medical.
