Lloyds Banking Group Plc (LYG, LLOY.L) said it has now settled the exchanges. Lloyds Banking repurchased for cancellation 301,900 preference shares of its US$750 million 6.413%, 178,922 preference shares of its US$750 million 5.92%, 221,292 preference shares of its US$750 million 6.657% and 356,648 preference shares of its US$1 billion 6.267%.
