Chloride Group Plc (CHLD.L) said it completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital Automatismes Energie Electroniques Systemes SAS or "AEES", a French secure power company focussed on the Energy and Infrastructure market. The company stated that the shares are being purchased from Sofisme SA, which is part of the French Socaldi Group.
