Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. (SNI) said that it has completed the sale of uSwitch.com, the United Kingdom's online energy price comparison and switching service, to Forward Internet Group. Terms of the sale are not being immediately disclosed.
The company will continue to operate online shopping comparison sites BizRate and Shopzilla in the United States.
The sale of uSwitch.com was conducted by the investment banking firm of Allen & Co.
