InterDigital Inc. (IDCC) announced that Harry Campagna, Chairman of Board, has passed away. Campagna joined the Board in 1994 and was named as Chairman in 1996.
InterDigital's Board now totals five Directors. The company said its Board will convene in the near term to review and consider Board composition, including potential successors to the Chairmanship.
