China Yuchai International Ltd. (CYD) said it entered into deals with purchasers for a further 340 million shares out of the remaining 354 million shares in Thakral Corporation Ltd. or "TCL" offered by the company's wholly owned unit, Venture Delta Ltd at S$0.03 per share on an ex-distribution basis.
The company noted that the settlement of the purchased shares will occur after the capital reduction and cash distribution of S$0.05 per issued share in the capital of TCL has been received by all entitled shareholders.
