E-House (China) Holdings Limited (EJ) announced that it has obtained shareholder approval for the matter submitted for approval at E-House's 2009 annual general meeting held today.
Specifically, E-House's shareholders approved and ratified the election and appointment of Gordon Jianjun Zang, effective as of September 29, 2009, as a director of the Company.
