CKE Restaurants Inc. (CKR) said that blended same-store sales for the period twelve declined 6.5% compared to an increase of 0.4% in the prior year period. For period twelve, consolidated revenue from company-operated restaurants, exclusive of all franchise-related revenue and royalties, was $81.9 million, compared to $87.2 million in the year ago quarter.
